Who am I?
I have been an interior designer for more than twenty years, and I have worked on many different types of projects, but I am most satisfied working with home owners, builders, Realtors, and investors to stage properties for sale. I love the challenges involved, and there is no greater satisfaction for me, than seeing that a property has sold quickly, because it has been properly staged. Before working in real estate, I designed projects as diverse as a commercial office interiors, and cozy beach cottages. Creative, yet organized and practical, I understand that a successful designer must not only create a great design, but must be able to meet budget constraints, and tight deadlines.
What I Can Do To Help You
My Skills as an interior designer and my experience as a home staging professional, have given me the ability to help you sell your property. If you are about to put your home on the market, you should create an atmosphere that is appealing to all potential buyers. You may need to re-arrange the furniture, pack some personal items away, or neutralize your paint palette. I will end your confusion, and give you the advice that you NEED to hear.

BEFORE YOU LIST YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE!
I will meet with a home owner or real estate professional and provide an Action Plan for you to complete yourself for as little as$150.00. This plan will provide you with a room, by room, checklist, which is personalized to your property, which when followed, will make your home ready for prospective buyers, and will help you to sell quickly. Advice about what to pack, what to paint, and what to purchase will be included.
If you would like me to get the work done I will offer you a sensible quote for cleaning, packing, storing, painting, or whatever services are necessary.
If you have an empty property, I will provide rental furniture and accessories, which will make your property stand out amongst the many other empty properties on the market today. Empty rooms can confuse a potential buyer. They are not sure what size bed will fit, or where to position their furniture. End their confusion, and make your property appealing with professional home staging.
If you are a developer, or a builder, and would like a Model Home Interior installed, I will provide story boards, furniture plans, and a sensible quote and timeline. Are you building in an over fifty community, or in a young family oriented community, or in a vacation area? Your model home will be designed to market your project to your target customer.
