WHEN to Call for Home Staging

Call me at any time, but staging will be especially helpful-

• Before listing the property
• After receiving negative feedback from realtors showing your listing
• An old listing just will NOT sell.

Services

I will provide an action plan that a homeowner or realtor can follow and complete themselves for $150.00

I will be happy to “Redesign”, using whatever furniture and accessories are on hand. I will be able to quote a price for this service at our first meeting.

I also provide any trades necessary to get your property “Open House Ready”. This includes, painters, handy men, moving men, packing, estate sale providers, or a cleaning crew.

If the property is empty and rental furniture and accessories are needed, I will provide a furniture plan, and a quote.

An investment in staging can prevent a seller from dropping the listing price, and can actually INCREASE profits by selling a property quickly, and at a higher price.

Generally, staging costs for an empty property, including a Living room, Dining room, Family Room, Master Bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, requiring rental furniture and accessories can be provided for $4000.00 per month for a three month minimum period. These costs range depending on square footage, style of furnishings, etc.

Residential or Commercial Interior Design Project

The best time to call is in the planning phase. However, I am willing to work as a consultant at an hourly rate, at any time you feel you need an expert. I have worked on large scale projects from inception to completion, and I also meet with clients to design and create window treatments, or consult on paint colors.
